Fitness and Healthy Habit Programs
MINDFUL RESPONDER - YOGA FOR FIRST RESPONDERS
Meeting on Wednesday nights in Milford, CT, this program is provided free of charge for first responders and funded through a grant. It is hosted at the Madison Firehouse. A typical session is 45 minutes of mindful movement/yoga and 45 minutes of group time.

NEVA is a resource for veterans seeking alternative treatment and advocacy. Managed by veterans, they have resources not found in other places.

STARLIGHT PROGRAM - STONINGTON INSTITUTE
The Starlight Program is specifically geared toward combat veterans and helping them deal with trauma and substance abuse. Separate programs for men and women.
A nonprofit agency with special resources for our veterans. They are a nation-wide initiative with state chapters and they can assist you with financial needs or whatever else you require.
