Fitness and Healthy Habit Programs
MINDFUL RESPONDER - YOGA FOR FIRST RESPONDERS
Meeting on Wednesday nights in Milford, CT, this program is provided free of charge for first responders and funded through a grant. It is hosted at the Madison Firehouse. A typical session is 45 minutes of mindful movement/yoga and 45 minutes of group time.

The Starlight Program is specifically geared toward combat veterans and helping them deal with trauma and substance abuse. Separate programs for men and women.

A nonprofit agency with special resources for our veterans. They are a nation-wide initiative with state chapters and they can assist you with financial needs or whatever else you require.
